Our typical turnaround for contract placements is 5–10 business days. For direct hire roles, the timeline varies depending on the seniority and specialization of the position, but we aim to present qualified candidates within 1–2 weeks of engagement kickoff.

Contract-to-Hire allows you to engage a candidate on a temporary basis first, giving both parties time to evaluate the fit before a full-time offer is made. Direct Hire means we source and place a candidate directly as a permanent employee of your organization from day one.

Every candidate goes through a multi-step screening process that includes technical skills assessment, in-depth interviews, reference checks, and verification of credentials and work history. We only present candidates we are fully confident will perform and integrate well with your team.

Our primary focus is on placing IT talent for businesses operating in the United States. We work with both domestic and international candidates, including those on H-1B, OPT, and other work authorization statuses, to ensure full compliance with U.S. employment regulations.
