We support engagements starting from as short as 4 weeks. Most of our contract placements fall in the 3–12 month range, but we regularly manage multi-year contracts as well. We'll work with whatever timeline best fits your project requirements.

Matrix Softtek acts as the employer of record for all contractors we place. We handle payroll processing, tax withholding, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable labor laws. You simply receive our invoice — we take care of the rest.

Yes. We understand business needs change. Contract extensions or early terminations are handled per the terms outlined in your service agreement. We aim to be as flexible as possible and will work with you to find a solution that suits both parties.

If a placement isn't working out, contact your account manager immediately. We take full responsibility for finding a suitable replacement as quickly as possible at no additional sourcing fee. Your satisfaction and project continuity are our top priorities.

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with a contract engagement and later convert the contractor to a full-time employee. We offer a Contract-to-Hire model designed specifically for this path — conversion terms are agreed upon upfront so there are no surprises later.
