For most IT roles, we aim to present the first qualified candidates within 1–2 weeks of engagement kickoff. Total time-to-fill — from intake to offer acceptance — typically ranges from 3–6 weeks depending on role seniority, technical specificity, and your internal interview process timeline.

Yes. All direct hire placements come with a guarantee period. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within the guarantee window, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. The specific guarantee period is outlined in your service agreement.

Our direct hire fee is a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year base salary, agreed upon before the search begins. We operate on a contingency basis — meaning you only pay if we successfully place a candidate. There are no upfront costs or retainer fees for standard engagements.
